Electricity Made Simple
The electric account stays in the owner's name, so renters do not need to establish new service or pay utility account setup fees. Electricity is charged separately from rent. Each month, we send an invoice along with a copy of the actual electric bill.

Lot 101 is available for seasonal and extended stays, with longer-term rentals preferred. No daily or weekly rentals.

Rental Details
A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The existing rental terms provide for return within 30 days after departure and receipt of the final electric bill, less applicable unpaid charges or deductions. Thirty days' written notice is required for cancellation or early departure.
Applicant-paid credit/background screening is required. Maximum two pets per camper, subject to resort rules. Accepted RVs include Class A and C motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers, between 21 and 42 feet long. Class B RVs and destination trailers are not accepted. RVs must be well-maintained and operational.
The shed, golf cart and kayaks are not included. Review the resort rules and final rental agreement for complete terms.
